The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between the two parties pertains to solar photovoltaic power generating stations.<\/p>\n<p>The contract will cater to Solar Photovoltaic Power Generating stations of an aggregate capacity of 124 MW(AC) under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0, a scheme launched for the implementation of feeder-level solarisation under component C of PM-KUSUM scheme. The contract is scheduled to start execution after the signing of the contract and will be completed in 18 months.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0maiden\u00a0success\u00a0since\u00a0foraying\u00a0into\u00a0the\u00a0Solar\u00a0MEP segment, the\u00a0<strong>Managing Director of Tembo Global Industries Limited,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Mr Sanjay Patel<\/strong>, said,\u00a0<em>\u201cTembo Global has a rich legacy in the manufacturing and industrial sector. The contract wins from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited bears testament to the capacity and capability of Tembo to deliver high value in the MEP segment of Solar sector in the country.
