Built around \u2018The Freedom to Play,\u2019 the initiative reimagines the language of the Constitution through the eyes of children \u2013 asking what they would declare as their fundamental freedoms if they could write the rules of childhood themselves.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of the initiative is a social-first film released across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, opening with \u201cWe, the Kids of India\u2026 do solemnly swear\u2026\u201d and bringing to life a playful charter of freedoms:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To climb every tree without fear.<\/li>\n<li>To jump into puddles without asking how deep they are.<\/li>\n<li>To never walk when we can run.<\/li>\n<li>To conquer every monkey bar, every wall, every rock, and every little adventure waiting outside.<\/li>\n<li>We promise to collect bruises like medals, memories like victories.<\/li>\n<li>And to own every playground.<\/li>\n<li>This Independence Day, we celebrate the Freedom to Play.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The film contrasts these declarations with the everyday instructions children hear \u2013 \u201cDon\u2019t climb that. Don\u2019t run there. Don\u2019t get dirty. Be careful.\u201d \u2013 turning them into a reflection on how childhood is increasingly shaped by restriction. At a time when children\u2019s lives are structured around school schedules, classes, screens and organised activities, \u2018The Kids\u2019 Constitution\u2019 makes a case for giving children more room for unstructured play.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gaurav Sharma, Chief Marketing Officer, Campus Shoes, said, \u201cIndependence Day gives all of us a reason to think about what freedom really means.
